Pattern Cart technical problem

When customers add items to their cart they cannot access cart when they click it unless they go to an item page and click cart or go to about page and click cart. You cannot access from home page or after adding item to the cart. I have reached out to Etsy with no help and do see this has been an issue for many for upwards of a year? I have read pattern no longer offers support which explains why when I click Pattern support I get a "Uh oh" page you have reached doesn't exist.

As I pay monthly for this site and have spent money for custom domain, I feel it should be Etsy responsibility to provide support and actually find a solution for the problem. How do I get support assist on this problem?

Etsy should, but Etsy does not provide support for Pattern.  Many sellers, including me, have cancelled the Pattern subscription.

Thank you for your help! Etsy really should disclose that on the Pattern sign up page, as we would have no way to know that. If you are providing a service like a website to your sellers at a fee, it is extremely poor business to not only not offer any support but to not even let you know this information when you reach out to them.  Definitely not good business.
