I tried all day yesterday to reset password. Contacted Etsy support, they sent me the link but I’m not receiving it. I enter my email that I have used for years, it says check your email for the link to reset password but I don’t never get the message. I have check spam folder and nothing. A couple of times seen a pop up message saying the email address was not associated to a store?! I looked for older messages and found out I was late making a payment. Yes, I have not been active here lately. Made the payment. I did receive an email after making payment i followed a link in the email and I was able to get to my store. Anyone have an idea of what to do? Thank you in advance.
Did you get any help with this? Going through this now.
I also earlier on accepted the 2- factor thing and to be taken off that it was required that I get a number sent to my phone. I never could get those either.
This once a day at best email “help” is frustrating.
