I just posted a new item. I did not check free shipping. In fact I selected the option that has Etsy figure out the shipping amount to a given location. But it's showing on my site as free shipping. Help!

Did you turn on the Free Shipping Guarantee for purchases over $35 in your shop? If so then that is likely why it's showing on all of your listings as everything in your shop is over $35..

scroll down to the bit that says "how to set up free shipping guarantee in your shop". You should see a grey highlighted bit that you can click that says "to set up a free shipping guarantee in your shop" with a tiny arrow next to it. Click the arrow to expand the info and the instructions are there.

That helped and has partially worked. But now my listing is showing a set price to ship even though it's supposed to be calculated based on where it will ship. Do you know how to fix that?

It's going to show you what you would pay for your zip code. Customers will see the price depending on theirs.

I was going to send you to the help article on calculated shipping, but I just did your painting with two different  zip codes and it gave two different prices so I think you have it set up correctly.

Just wanted to say though I love your painting, it's beautiful! Glad you are able to do it again.
