Paid for shipping label. Can't get it though to print

I paid for my shipping label but when I try to get it (the pdf) to print, the system can't find it.

Need to get this package sent out.

Check your orders page and see if you can reprint it from there? Also check your purchased labels and try from there?

Same. Keep getting the message " a stitch has gone awry". Grrrr....always some issue with Etsy.
