I have a supply shop with long lists of orders,
when I click on order details the whole main page is returning to the top
causing me to re-scroll down the page to my order when I return back to the main page.
This is happening in different browsers on a laptop and an iPad.
This is excessivly annoying and can cause me to make errors with duplicate products ordered if I am not
extremely careful.
Right now I have 12 large orders, the scrolling is infuriating.
There are already a number of threads about this on this forum, for example https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Messages-And-Orders-Page-A-Disaster/m-p/139199075#M71... and https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/messaging-glitch-causing-scroll-to-top-of-orders/m-p/...
The only fear is will the "fix", if there ever is one, be worse than the problem?
Thank you!
Personally I wonder if this will ever be "fixed". Remember when we could see item titles in our Listings Manager by hovering over the item but then we couldn't see the titles using hover? Almost 3 years ago I was told that was unintended and was being referred to the appropriate "team" to get resolved. And that in the meantime I could just use "quick edit" to see the titles. Like who really cared about MY wasted time? Well, I guess that "team" had other priorities 'cause nothing happened. Hover is still MIA. So will this scrolling mess ever get fixed? Color me skeptical!
