Packing slips missing my message

As I was printing out my packing slips, I noticed that they now do not include my message (what to do if there is shipping damage and other info).  I went to my other stores and tried to print past order and its the same thing.  Anyone else seeing this?

I just checked mine and my message is showing at the top of the packing slip. Make sure the "add a personalized note" is selected in the customize options section of the print order box (if that's where you put your message).
