Packing Slips showing unknown character

Packing Slips  showing unknown character when I try to generate and print it out from the system. Would recommend to fix and enhance on this part either support more language or have option to show as default english language.

The order is placed with Japanese

If it's a packing slip and the order is going to Japan, then it doesn't need to be in English.

The customer is going to be able to read it. If Japanese customs opens the package, they will as well.

If the problem was that the shipping addrese is in Japanese, you can buy your shipping label from Pirateship as their system will accept addresses written in non English/Latin/Roman alphabets.

your packing slip is showing unknown character when try to print it out, I couldn't show it as this doesn't not allow to attach image. Kindly check your packing slip function when generating order from different language.

Yeah it’s always done that in the packing slips - little squares or crosses or a combination of both right? Nothing to worry about.

not just little square, the whole packing slips cannot be read. 80%  of the word turn to question mark. Is this something common ?

When I print the packaging slip, I temporarily change the language to Japanese(日本語).
You'll find the Region Language Currency setting at the bottom of the shop manager.
