Hello! My name's Daisy. I have a few shops on Etsy, and my main shop, @DaisysanDesign, is locked for two weeks. This main shop is 2 years old. I'm logging in with another account to post this discussion, and I'm hoping someone from Etsy can help resolve this quickly :(.
On August 23rd, I was suddenly locked out of my Etsy shop and couldn't reset my password. When I tried to reset the password, I received this message:
"Our security team has temporarily limited your access to this account for your protection. To regain access, please contact us. Learn more about why this happens."
I've sent a couple of follow-up emails but have yet to receive any communication from Etsy Support.
I have open orders which I cannot process. I am still receiving messages to my email from the customers following up on those orders, but I cannot reply to them, which is even worse.
The ticket ID is 13298051. Please help!

If you received confirmation order emails from Etsy you should have a way to send messages to your customer.
Hi, I received orders before my account was locked. I'm unable to log in to my Etsy account to send messages to my customers :(.
You should have received confirmation emails for your orders, (off Etsy’ in email acct) and those will have your buyers email to contact them.
OMG. You're a lifesaver. I had no idea...I was freaked out that I couldn't log in to my Etsy account and didn't think I already received customer information directly to my email address. Thank you so much, @GieseDeseiGns !!
you can process your open orders.
you have the customers address in the order confirmation emails.
and you can buy the shipping labels elsewhere.
Thank you for your advice, @nineteen27 ! I didn't think through enough that I already got customers' details in the order confirmation emails...silly me. Should have asked the forums earlier.
