PS: The message in question did not come from Etsy, and we have already actioned the account attempting to impersonate admin.

Please solve my problem, I am in a lot of trouble, I have not been able to make any sales for a long time.

That email is a Scam, mark it as Spam.

Did you give them any information such as your bank/card details

New year - same old scams. When is Etsy going to introduce a spam filter as it's unlikely they would introduce a buyer check which would reduce spam
