For an example, the order comes to me on 12.12.2024. It is clearly written in the mail I received that I have a processing time of 2-4 business days. I send the order immediately within 24 hours, on 13.12.2024, but on the star seller page it says “you sent it late” and the same is true for all the other 95 orders. I don't know why this happened, but during the Christmas rush my 100% rate suddenly dropped to 86%.
I have emails and screenshots of the day I received all my orders. However, when I download and examine the csv file in the time shipping section of the star seller, I have proof that all orders that were said to be sent late were sent on time. I am 100% sure that there is a systemic error.
All orders over €10 need to be sent with tracking or by Etsy labels (I am not sure if Etsy labels are available in Turkey though). Did all your items have tracking?
Etsy's system does not recognise all postage carriers and cannot verify that items have been sent. However, I see you have a lot of sales so you must not usually have this problem.
You will probably need to contact Etsy about this.
Yes I checked every one of them has valid tracking. On csv file it says there is no processing time. And all have tracking/label time but they don't have ship by time. I already contacted them they won't help me

This is an on going issue that has been reported numerous times recently in this forum where some orders "lose" their processing time. Based on other posts in this forum, the ability to have this corrected by support seems to be rather hit or miss depending on who you get.
A suggestion was made to NOT mention Star Seller as doing so seems to negatively affect the ability to get these kinds of issues resolved.
I have the same problem
I was close to becoming a starseller this month, but my last 4 posts are showing as late delivery.
The help section says that the star seller feature is set by the system and they cannot fix it manually.

Same problem here, I send on time but my etsy tracking info says "Pre Transit", I have been having this issue for Months now, always losing my star seller for late sending, I have contacted etsy support many times reporting this issue but they have stopped responding to me since November 15th.
My issue is that etsy does not recognize CHRONOPOST as a delivery serviceand when I input the tracking details, it defaults to pre transit and stays there even when the delivery has been made

you have to use the right shipper that matches the tracking number, and enter it before the ship date
some Turkish sellers use brokers, and there are different tracking numbers for different legs, and sometimes the one you need, you don't get until after the ship date
and sometimes that means the ship from postcode doesn't match the ship location of the bit of the journey it is on
There is no problem with the tracking. It says there is no processing time added to orders. But if those orders doesn't have processing time, why do others have?
it's normally the ships from postcode/zip that is giving the problem
If the code is correct, and matches where the tracking and shipper ship from, then I would create a new shipping profile from scratch, and add it to the ones with issues
The problem is not the tracking code
I add the tracking number to the order days before the date I promise to ship it.
The product reaches the buyer even before the date I promised to ship it.
But it still doesn't seem like a tracking number has been added to the order
Now I looked, the last 5 shipments appear to have no tracking number and have not been shipped.(in statistics)
I think it is a software problem
If it continues like this, the statistics in the search visibility section will deteriorate.
the tracking number, and shipper and method you choose, have to match
if you use a broker, and the shipper is not one you can choose from the dropdown, t won't work
The intermediary cargo company I sent is a cargo company registered in the Etsy system.
does their tracking number track al the way through
or does the tracking number change, when a different company takes over their leg of delivery
and is the company registered with aftership
we had the same problem for a long time with royal mail, where you could choose it on etsy dropdown, but aftership did not recognise it
@BagmakerSupply No, I know (-to NOT mention Star Seller-). When I contacted Etsy Support last week I did not mention that I was worried about my Star Seller badge. I only mentioned the discrepancy in the CVS I had discovered. But they came up with that themselves during the chat because they saw that I was dropped to the (for the Star Seller badge) disastrous 94%

Yes I got my star seller badge but problem still happens if you check the star seller badge section. I still see there is 85% on time shipping. But it should be 99
@Tharmasi I am back to 100% on shipping (it was downgraded to 93%). Is there still an unjust -no- on the processing time somewhere on your CVS?
Now I checked again it's back to %100 again. Yeah I guess my mails worked this time with support.
