My shop and listings aren't showing when searching

Hi, I hope this is the right place.

I put up two listings last Saturday and after a couple days found it really weird that I got no views on them. I tried to search for my listings yet they appear nowhere. When searching for my store, same thing happens, nothing is found. My listings are all marked as active and I have no indication by Etsy of there being anything wrong with them. 

Anyone knows what's happening? I tried contacting support, but so far have got no answer. 

Not sure if this is relevant, but I originally opened my shop on 2021 (and had no problems selling) and then took a break until now selling there.

Your shop is not indexed. You have to contact etsy and specifically state that it is "not indexed". Only they can fix it

I also see that you have no payment methods showing. Did you enroll in Etsy Payments?

As above, your shop is not indexed - this often happens with new shops. 

Write an email to Etsy and put "Shop Not Indexed" in the heading.

Thanks a lot!! I will message support again asking for the shop to be indexed.

I can't enroll in Etsy Payments, it says it's not available for my shop.
