Orders stuck in pre-transit

All orders shipped with tracking number, most already delivered, but Etsy showing pre-transit and missing tracking info.

I just received Etsy's "this week in your shop" email stating that I only have 85% for shipping for Star Seller status. I was shocked because all of my packages are sent with tracking. They claim 4 were sent with no tracking which is not true, the USPS website shows all 4 of those packages as delivered! This seems to be an on going issue with Etsy.

As of March 21, our engineers updated all USPS shipping labels that were purchased since the start of this issue. All labels that were stuck in the ‘Pre-Transit’ state due to this issue are now displaying the proper tracking information.
