We have a number of orders that are showing as pre transit but they have been delivered to the customers. This is affecting our SS status, all these orders have had full tracking details (manually entered) please advise as this is affecting our sales, reviews and customers.
when I mark as dispatched, I put in the tracking number, or just royal mail QR number (which doesn't even track) and that is fine for star seller

are you putting the tracking numbers in, after the dispatch date?

star seller doesn't affect sales,
reviews can be left after your delivery date you set on your listings
tracking can be tracked through the delivery company so not sure how this affects your customers
Does it? Because it doesn't affect my percentage at all. I'm at 100%. As long as you fill in the carrier and rhe shipping code you're fine.
Hi i have filled out all tracking details on the 3 orders that are showing pre transit all have been delivered now on time, when i download the order history for delivered items it says on the star seller that these 3 have no tracking numbers but on each order when you go into it the tracking number is there. Will feedback on the next SS period, thanks for replying.
