Orders stated to be missing tracking info - Influencing star seller status

Recently, I’ve observed that my on-time dispatch and tracking, which are tied to my star seller status, show two orders as having missing tracking information. However, upon accessing these orders, I can confirm that their tracking details are correctly in place.

Both of these orders have tracking numbers starting with ‘3SOPKA,’ indicating Dutch domestic shipping. Is there a known issue where these parcels are not being tracked accurately by Etsy’s internal systems?

As you can imagine, it’s frustrating to have this one metric affected, especially when this happens every time I have local buyers. Star seller status is quite important on Etsy, so I hope these issues get resolved soon.

Etsy's system does not recognise all postal services.

PostNL is recognised by Etsy, it just does not want to work 100% all of the time

I had the same thing happen. I’m in the US though. Same situation. It said I was missing tracking, but it was there. I checked online and it was showing as delivered. On Etsy it was saying it was awaiting item.  I contacted seller support and they fixed it. It took 24 hours to update. I guess what happened was when I dropped the package off and it was scanned, it didn’t update in the postal system. So it never updated until it showed as delivered. There was a glitch on Etsy’s end as well where it didn’t update when it was delivered. Just reach out to seller support. They can fix it for you.

Etsy tracking has some kind of meltdown when it comes to the Dutch postal system tracking. This has been reported to them, but yet the problem remains after 2 years.

My fix and it has never failed.

Try choosing POSTNL international 3S, once you have selected this option, add the tracking number.

In a few minutes it will go to "in Transit" (I only complete orders once I return from scanning the parcel at POSTNL)

Check your orders a couple hours later, because this is where the issue appears within the tracking system, resulting with you stats showing no tracking information.

You may find that some of your orders have automatically switched to POSTNL which puts your order back into Pre-Transit

Go into the affected order and edit the postal carrier back to POSTNL international 3s.. wait 10 min.. it will now go back to "in transit" and remain there until delivered.
