Please advise how a shop would be receiving orders but the "Views" or "Visited" stats do not reflect the sale at all or that anyone has viewed or visited a shop for that product ordered. This has been happening quite often the last few months. Also the stats have not been updating as often as they were months ago. It's almost like the staff that does this function are missing in action. Also noticing, when I look at my shop listings for how many people have a particular listing in their cart but haven't checked out, that this stat is not updating but once every couple of weeks now and my shop usually has a lot of these types of stats going on in it. Whenever there is some kind of update to Etsy or new feature at Etsy where they have to change something, it causes all of these things to be affected and it's quite discouraging to not see updates more frequently. Can someone look into this please?
