Orders page glitching

Good morning! 
Just wondering if I am the only one with the issue: the page that shows orders is glitching, both on the phone app and the laptop. I know I have 2 orders ( I received emails), but they are NOT showing up on the Orders page and I can’t mark them as dispatched etc. UK seller.

Have you tried signing out and back in via a browser? Also try using a different browser

@HyggeMaiden: Have you checked the 'completed' tab in case Etsy cancelled the orders? Does your payments page have any clues?

Thank you for replying , it seems to have sorted itself after logging out and back in! Phew!

Hi. Mine has been doing this all

week and I have tried logging out and in several times and also different browsers. And still it sorted. My mum is having the same trouble also.
