Orders not showing up

I noticed I had 2 new orders today however, I have no notification on my dashboard nor any transaction confirmation from Etsy. I can see that 2 new orders have been placed as my sales were 1742 yesterday and today is 1744. I can see in my Finances section there has been fees taken for the two items. But no customer details etc. I can't seem to email Etsy either for this issue. Not sure what to do, if there is an Etsy representative here to look into this matter?

I had the same thing happen earlier today. My orders finally showed up.

The same thing has happened to me! 2 customers have messaged me about orders they have put through, but I can’t see the orders?! They sent me screenshots to prove they have ordered.

Same thing has happened to me several times now. I see the order on the app but not on the website. When you refresh the orders on the site you will see a brief ghost if you will of the other order. But it never fully show and goes away completely.

Update: After numerous page refreshes it finally showed up. No ryhme or reason.

This is so frustrating and has been happening to me for a long time!  Today on my cell app, I got a sale but when I checked my computer it wasn't there!  I ship the items and buy postage but I'm not getting paid!  I can't find anyone to help figure out what the problem is.  (I have two shops, started in 2008 and the newer one 2020.
