Orders missing from order pages

I have at least one order missing from my order pages. I can see the first 50 but when I go to page 2 several orders from page 1 are now on page 2 and the missing order is nowhere to be found. I can see it on my phone, I know it's there but I can't find it in the order pages. I can search the order number and see it. But it is not showing in my open orders. I've had this happen before when I was trying to combine shipping for two separate orders from the same person. One order showed on the order page but when I went to page 2 to find the other its gone. I ended up just blindly purchasing all the labels and it purchased the missing one but it was not on the order page. Any ideas?

Maybe Etsy canceled it? Look in the completed folder to see if it's there.

I ended up having to print enough orders to get under the 50 orders on one page to see it. At least 10 orders were hidden until I did that. Etsy has been zero help.

Try filtering your orders so that less appear on one page. Or check that you don't already have a filter on which is somehow hiding the order you want to view.

No filters are on.  It has to be a glitch of some kind. When I go to page 2 of my orders several orders from the 1st page end up on the second page and other orders don't show up all. I can see them on my phone and I even tried different web browsers but the same thing happens.
