Orders missing from CVS and messing up star steller

I have 14 orders that were shipped on time last month that are missing from my CVS which is effecting my star steller calculation for last month and this month. In addition they are not on my CVS for this month. The chat and email agents are unable to help or assist me and the agent on the phone insured these order should have counted.

Were they from the last few days of the month? Those may not count for the month they're supposed to count for.
