I have two orders that are listed in the csv as not shipping on time. They were not shipped late nor were the tracking numbers uploaded late.
The "ship date" in the order info on Etsy is within the shipping window.
The sync data from Sellebrite to Etsy for both orders is within the shipping window (indicating the tracking numbers were uploaded to Etsy in time, I have never manually uploaded tracking numbers).
I can find absolutely no reason why Etsy is triggering these as being late.
Does anyone have any suggestions? My volume is low enough that 2 late orders likely will kick me out of Star Seller straight through past Christmas and this will have untold effects on my holiday sales.
@StillAlarmLeather: "I have two orders that are listed in the csv as not shipping on time." Are the 'Ship by' and 'Tracking/label date' correct in the file? Remember that the dates / time in Star Seller files and stats are in UTC not your time zone.
There is no time in the Star Seller CSV, just the dates.
NO date listed for shipping of these two purchases. This isn't a matter of time-zones.
First error:
Sale date: 8/31
Due to ship by: 9/5
Shipped: 9/1
Etsy notified customer of shipping with tracking: 9/1
Second error:
Sale date: 8/18
Due to ship by: 9/1
Shipped: 9/1
Etsy notified customer of shipping with tracking: 9/1
One of these packages was shipped FOUR days early. This isn't a matter of time zones and daylight savings time - this is 100% an error on their part and they claim they can't fix it.
