It states an alert I have orders but I can't find them. Also, when I reply to customers and they respond , I can't see the response once I open the alert? Anyone else? I want to make sure I am following through and completing orders.

- Re: Alert that you have Orders: Check your Orders Page. Does anything say "Pending"? (If so, never ship until it says the Order is finished processing. Also, Etsy may send you an email about this). If the Orders/s is processing/pending, we have no idea why: credit card problem, whatever. The Customer is also notified by Etsy when this happens.

- Look in your Payment Account. Did you get paid for these Orders? (it will show a break down, including fees, etc. taken out).
