Orders & Shipping page jumps to the top after reviewing an order
I'm having the same issue that was happening back in June, and can't believe this has resurfaced at the worst time of year possible.
I see that I'm not the only one complaining about this from a post by shop owner "CaptainGoodie"

It would probably help if everyone chimed in on what operating system and browser they are using
(Apple or Windows) - I'm on an Apple With the Catalina OS 10.15.7
(Browsers this is Occurring) I Use Safari, but is also occurring on Firefox
While speaking with Etsy Support, (which I am on hold with currently)
I explained what was happening and how to make it happen so that She would be able to see herself.
The issue is also happening to her on
Google Chrome on Windows.
Just to prove it is not an issue with Cookies or a browser needing an update,
It is something in the site code, that was fixed and has now been written back in.

Also having that same problem. Chatted with Etsy support - saying they would let someone know.
There is another thread mentioning the problem with several other shops chiming in. Hope they get this fixed.
Yep it's super annoying and time consuming. I already let support know like 5 days ago. Thank you for contacting support too! The more people that contact support about it the better. Hopefully more who are having the issue contact support so they get it fixed. Many think that just posting here is a way to reach support but it isn't since they changed this to a peer to peer support forum a couple years ago.
Im on a windows PC and it's happening on all browsers for me.
It is AWFUL. I have already messaged the wrong customer because it jumped from the order I clicked on to the top of the page order. Please fix this ASAP. I know many will likely print the wrong label for the wrong order , like I almost did.

From your shop manager page click the pop out menu for:
Community & Help
Click Help
Scroll to the bottom of that page
Click Contact Etsy Support
Click Selling on Etsy button
The easiest way to get results regardless of what the list offers is:
Click on Contacting A Buyer
Scroll to the bottom of that page there is a button that says "I still Need Help"
Click that
This will ask for your phone number and give you an estimate of how long before you will receive a call back.
Typically it is within a few minutes, regardless of the wait time estimated.
Personally I think this is a ridiculous "amount of hoops" to have to jump through
Considering the amount of money that I'm sure most of us are paying Etsy in fees.
There should only be the need for 1 button IMHO!

Yes same for me - Chrome (Monterey O/S)
This happened in August. The same time people also weren't seeing their responses to messages sending or receiving. (both currently happening)
Another issue...From Quick Edit: You also can't save any tag updates.
This has been going on for me for the last week or two... in 2024. Tried clearing cookies/cache/etc. many times. What the heck is the cause and why does it keep coming back for people?!
@TheLaserTwinsJigs: You may want to start a new thread about this - old ones get less responses and the Etsy mods tend to shut them down.
Also include if you are experiencing this using a mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)?
