I purchased  a branding iron over 3 weeks ago, paid with PayPal 

I've had no notification no confirmation and no acknowledgement !!

OP, ask PayPal for a refund if you don't want to wait on the seller. Was this an international sale? Could the seller be on holiday or could there be another problem? What was the estimated time for delivery? We need more information to advise you better.
