2nd time in less than 60 days, a customer contacts me to say "why won't my order go through"... and there is no reason I can see on my end why their order won't go through. Any reasons known as to why this would happen ?
Have them contact etsy (not you).
Are they getting an error message?
A common reason is some problem with their credit card.
