I shipped an order with tracking but my stats are showing that there was no tracking provided - this is inaccurate. How do I get this fixed?
Problem solved! FYI - if this happens to anyone else, open a ticket with Etsy to get it fixed. They took care of the error within 48 hours.
Did you buy an Etsy label?
No - all of my labels are purchased through Pirate Ship. I always update all of my orders with the relevant tracking information and have never had an issue with providing tracking info from PS labels other than this one time. Seems like a glitch.
Go to Pirate Ship and find that transaction. Copy the tracking #. Go to orders in Etsy account, open the order, click on complete and add the tracking number.
I did that when I sent the shipping notification - it's in there.
I could have sworn I'd left tracking but the following day it wasn't showing. I went back and added it again then all was OK again.
It's already marked "completed" so I can't add anything anyway. The tracking is in the notification and shows up on the order page. It's only the stats that are wrong.

I apologize for asking this, but how do I open a ticket? My store is connected to Printful, and the tracking number is showing up on Etsy, but it says "no tracking." The item has already been delivered. I've never had an issue before.
