Order shipped issues

Got an order and packed it up, printed label and mailed it and tracked it all the way to destination but now getting a message address is wrong!  I'm getting a banner on order page that says Not Found!!!  How did I print the shipping label and get paid if Etsy says not found???  I've had the shop since 2011 and first time this ever happened!!  Address was verified before printing label but Etsy says no new order!!  Looks like 2 different issues and hard to explain!

I think it's an Etsy issue and possibly a scammer about the delivery....they are asking for my card #

My order was shipped, paid and delivered today!!!  Etsy shows Not Found still...what's up???

asking for your card #?  does sound scammy but how did they manage to attach to a specific order?

did it actually get delivered?

They were saying address was wrong (even tho verified before I shipped)  I contacted the buyer and she raced to her PO and it was there!!  Weird for sure!!!  Yes they wanted my address and card # to charge for shipping to return to me!!  I figured I'd never see it and they would drain my accounts!!

The PO would never ask for a card number. They just return it. That is a SCAM even if it seems like Etsy or the USPS. If there was a charge it gets charged to your account or if purchased say on PirateShip, charged to you there automatically..no card info. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Who is asking you for payment? How are they contacting you? Are you saying you see a banner on your shop dashboard asking you to pay for postage?
