We have had two recent customers who gave two star ratings with glowing comments in their reviews. We contacted both customers and both said they had issues with giving five stars (the system wouldn’t let them). Both made sure to put in the comments how happy they were with their purchase. Has anybody else had this issue?
Were they using the app or computer
I have messages out to them to see.
Ive had a few like this in the past and messaged them to see if there was anything I could do to bring their rating up to 5 stars and they were like "it was awesome, 5 stars" but review shows less. I didn't feel like continuing to bother the customer and possibly turn them off of buying from me again so I just ignore it and know that their comments in the review were positive so anybody seeing it will probably realize it was a mistake.
Yeah that’s what I thought too but I asked the customersand they said the system “wouldn’t let them” click five stars. I would leave it but if that glitch keeps happeningit could effect our Star Seller status.
