I've just received a message supposedly from Etsy staff saying that the order processing system of my store is suspended and to reinstate it I need to give them my email address in the chat.
Has anyone else had this? The language in the message seems a bit off and threatening, not sure if it is a scam message?
its for sure a scam

I just got that one, Etsy already knows your email address
TOTAL SCAM. There are hundreds of threads about this.
First, legit messages from etsy will be in the "from etsy" folder of your inbox.
Second, etsy already has your email address.
If you provided the email address, you will magically get a FAKE email from etsy asking for your financial info (which they already have!). This is a scam to get your financial info and STEAL money from you.
