Good morning. I received an order Friday, September 29th that says order processing-not paid. This is the day that Etsy had technical difficulties. Does anyone know how to contact Etsy? I am unsure how to resolve this issue and provide my customer with her order. Thanks, Lori
@CraftyBirdMakes Contact Etsy Support about it. That's way too long for a payment to be processing.
It is normal for some sales to process. Usually only a day but chances are this one has been cancelled and the display is not showing that.
To contact Etsy use Contact us under Community in the Shop manager.

If the order is not showing as completed and the money isn't in your Shop Payment Account you do not have a customer or a sale. Do not provide anything without those two things.
If it still shows processing...just wait. That's a long time for processing but I guess it is possible.
