Order processing error

I'm a begginer seller on Etsy. I don't understand, why got this e-mail, because my e-mail address is "confirmed":

Hello, Dear Seller. Welcome to Etsy technical support! Your item has been paid for by the buyer, but an error
occurred in the order processing and the order cannot be displayed in your personal account, please enter your
èmail in this chat to receive a customized form to verify your store. Thank you!

Reply"

The "Replay" link open a Messages page on Etsy. On that if I write my e-mail address, I get the the follow answer: 

"The username you have entered is not a valid Etsy user."

It’s a scam - don’t respond. Scammers are targeting new shops. Any orders you receive will show on your dashboard.

SCAM!  Sorry this happened.  Mark it as Spam and don't reply.  Never click anything in an email, always log in to your account to see if you really do have a sale.
