Order not showing as completed

Hi there. I completed an order a long time ago and it is showing as not completed. I completed the order a long time ago and need that notification to go away. Please help.

Was the item delivered or downloaded by the Buyer? Maybe you need to contact Etsy and ask them to mark it completed.

hi there. Thanks for responding. The order was delivered Via etsy inbox as all my orders are delivered. This is the first time this has ever happened where its saying the order was not completed.  In fact right after the customer orders, it immediately shows as delivered even though I have not delivered yet but again, this is the first time it has not done that.
