I have a repeat customer who attempted to place an order for a custom listing in my shop this morning. She contacted me stating that she placed the order but hasn't received any notification that the order went through. There hasn't been any notification in my shop of the order and the order doesn't show up under the "orders" tab, yet it is showing up on the dashboard. Also, the listing has disappeared from my shop. Any information on what is going on would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Could be the payment is still processing.
Now it looks as though the order was kicked out of the dashboard and is now showing up as a listing in my shop again. I've instructed the buyer to try and repurchase from the listing in my shop that I had created for her. Fingers crossed.
Looks like the payment processor rejected the payment.
That means Etsy couldn't process the payment.
I think it might of had something to do with the link I sent her for the custom listing.
