Order marked as not dispatched on time when it was.

A customer made two orders at the same time. The postage for one order was sufficient to cover the other order, so, to save the customer money, I combined shipping and didn't pay for postage for the second order. I marked it as dispatched though. Now my orders report is saying that it wasn't dispatched, putting my 100% dispatch-on-time figure to 94%. How should I have handled this so that it didn't penalise me?

for star seller, you need a label from etsy for that order

or tracking

there isn't a way on etsy labels to include 2 orders on 1 label

so without tracking, you can't meet the requirement for the second order

I guess I'll just have to rip off my customers for unnecessary postage in future. That seems wrong.

If you have a tracking number you add the same one to both orders as they are a combined order. I don't buy any postage from Etsy, never have.
