I have had a couple of orders that have no target dispatch time so in my Star Seller stats they are showing that I missed the processing time even though they were shipped on time. How can I resolve this? I can't seem to find a way of contacting an actual person at Esty!
For orders under £10, you just need to mark them as complete
For orders over £10, you have to mark them as complete, with tracking,
unfortunately etsy uses aftership, which doesn't work with Royal mail, so you would have to log a call with etsy, with a screenshot of the tracking, showing it was dispatched on time, and keep chasing the same log, until they change it
whether it's worth it for a badge that does nothing, is down to you.

Hi, thanks for your reply, however my issue is the fact that 2 sales didn't display a "Dispatch by"/"Deliver by" date in line with my processing times (0-1 week), so my sales stats look like this and I have 2 misses when actually I dispatched them on time...

I would log a call with etsy, as they should be fine
