I have the $35 free shipping guarantee on my shop. In the past, when an order qualified for free shipping, I would see the shipping charge listed in the order details and then the credit for the shipping charge before the final order total. Lately, I've noticed no credit shown on my end when I view the order details, so I've had a moment of panic thinking I need to issue a refund, then I check the packing slip and I see that the customer was credited (or tally up the items myself and see that the order total doesn't include the shipping charge).
I hope Etsy returns this credit to the order details. It's important information for sellers to know the customer was not charged for shipping when their order qualified for that benefit.
I see that, too. When I click on the order number, the tally shows that shipping was charged. When I click on the "refund" button, I see that $0 has been charged for shipping.
