Dear Etsy Sellers, I have got the following e-mail from a buyer: " Your item has aroused my interest. When I try to buy it, I get a pop-up message that I need the seller's e_maiI to place an order. Would you be able to give it to me?"
Did you ever get a request like this? It looks like spam to me.
Best regards.
Elvi

Spam the message. If they persist just tell them to contact Etsy directly. They do not and never had needed your email to purchase on Etsy. The scammer is on a bogus site or using bogus email
