Anyone else have this happen? On Friday, I shipped my orders via a third party, because Etsy does not accept UPS. I have never had an issue in over 6 years. On Saturday I discovered that the orders I had shipped still showed unshipped and now past due! I contacted Shipstation whom opened a ticket. This morning Shipstation provided me a very clear report for each shipment made on Friday. It clearly showed that from Friday, information that was pushed to Etsy was "delayed", "Unsuccesful". Shipstation is automatically always pulling and sending information to my online stores. I also shipped some items on one of my other selling platforms and no issues. Finally, sometime on Sunday, Etsy accepted the pushed information. Yes, I chatted with Etsy. They immediatley dismissed me. They told me to contact the third party. When I stated that I already had and had a report showing it was on Etsy side, they did not even want to see the report or investigate. I have been selling on Etsy since 2009. Over the past year, Etsy sent out erronous deactivation messages. Each time I followed up to only not get a reply for over a month basically weakly admitting it was sent in error. I understood, and moved on. However, I think I at least deserved the chance to send them the report and for them to look further into the situation. But I was quickly dismmised. However, I was invited back to customer service if I ever need any assistance with anything else:(
Hello @WorldsSweetestSigns,
When you connected the third-party app to your shop, you granted them permission to access some of the data in your shop and make changes. With these types of services, Etsy isn’t the party that exports or imports data. Instead, it’s up to the third-party app to ensure that they are successfully making requests to our server to retrieve and configure information. For this reason, any further troubleshooting would be best addressed by their team.
Thank you very much!
Contact Etsy support again via chat.
I really don't think it will help. They even ended my chat. Just going to move on.
@WorldsSweetestSigns: Can definitely sympathize with your situation, but I suspect that Etsy will feel that it is your responsibility to make sure that the integration worked correctly and that the shipping data on the actual order is correct. Long before Star Seller existed, we got into the habit of spending a a minute or two every day to make sure that all of the previous days shipments showed at least in transit to catch any issues while there was still time to fix them.
Yes, I did check the next day. And I did work on correcting it. However, this issue was on Etsy's end not accepting data. This was clearly also demonstrated because other shipments on other platforms information was transmitted just fine. I understand that things happen. My issue is with the lack of any customer service or looking into the issue, to make sure it has been corrected.
I experienced the same thing and still am today. I feel like it might have something to do with testing on Etsy's end.
I've cleared my browser history, restarted, updated and everything else under the sun. Still the issue. It happens sporadically too. 3 late orders Friday that shipped...I just had to manually update the tracking here.

I've been experiencing this too. It wasn't an issue until about two weeks ago. ShipStation is pushing the shipment notification to Etsy and for some reason Etsy is not receiving it. Also, constant losing connection with Etsy for importing orders. This is NOT an issue with any other selling channels. JUST WITH ETSY. So, even though Etsy claims they have nothing to do with the issue. I don't buy it.
It is still happening today. I too checked with ShipStation, uninstalled and reinstalled Connect to see if it was that and did everything else possible. I experienced this a few years ago too and it ended up being an Etsy issue.
