Although I qualified for Star Seller, I am concerned that something appears to be wrong in the calculations. It gave me a 98% score for on time shipping and tracking with the reason that one "order missing processing time". I downloaded the order history and all orders had Processing Time, Ship by date, Tracking Label, and were all shipped on time. I checked all of my shipping profiles and they ALL have processing times. So where is the 98% score coming from?
I read some old threads back in 2022 where something like this was happening and it indicated it was being worked on. Is this a problem again?

I think I figured out what has messed my Star Seller stats up! I painstakingly went through all of my orders for the period in question and compared them (one by one) to the history in the file that is downloaded from the SS tracking and processing popup. What I discovered was that I had an international order that was placed on August 18, shipped on August 18, and was delivered on August 26. But this order is no where to be found in the history of the SS file I downloaded! So that, I believe, is the culprit in my case. I submitted another email regarding the issue and attached three files showing what I discovered. I sincerely hope Etsy will really look at it and answer why I have an entire order missing for that period. They obviously knew it occurred because I paid all of the fees! LOL
I just shipped another international order (with tracking) today and I am fearful that the same thing is going to happen again. Going forward, do you think I will have to limit my sales to the US if I want to remain eligible for SS?
I also had an international order around that same time but on my page it shows it was delivered no problem. I hope they fix this problem as I expect I will lose sales due to not having my seller status. Very unfortunate for everyone all around!
I had 100% on time shipping but checked today and it lowered to 99% due to one order missing the 'ship by date' when I downloaded my history. Order came in on 2/6/24 and I shipped it on the same day so don't know why its penalizing me when the system messed up. I hope they fix this.

I wanted to include everyone in a list that I had seen in the forums that seemed to be having problems with the SS processing time history. But since you cannot include more than 5 recipients to a notice, I had to divide it up. So please review my post above.

12 orders missing processing time
Oh no…. Is the problem back? We haven’t had the issue since August now. That 27 order chunk “glitch” in August left us back until November. Etsy never did anything to help.
Hi, has anyone found a workaround/fix for this? We are having the same issue as we are currently at 90% on time tracking although all orders have been shipped in time according to ship by date. According to the report, all of these orders had missing processing time which is not the case. This percentage just keeps going lower and lower. Contacted Etsy support and I was told it was a known issue and that I was going to be added to the ticket.
