Order for 4 items is gone from our sold page ~
Had just packed the items ~
Went to pre make invoice for tomorrow ~
Order vanished ~
It had has been in my sold items for 5 days.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Hi, No that has not happened to me (so far anyway). But I have seen other Threads where it happens to the Seller. And the pkg. has been shipped. I never understood that, either Payment Processing clears the payment or it doesn't. I don't get how it can clear, and then change it's mind after the fact. Most likely there was an issue with the card. I'm really glad you didn't ship yours yet.
ETA: I just grasped the fact you said it was in Sold Orders for 5 days. Now that is way too long of a time for an approved payment to be rejected.
OP, buyer may have called his credit card company and disputed charge or claimed card was stolen. Etsy may have decided card use was suspicious. You won't know the reason because sellers never get the buyer's financial details. Thank Providence that you didn't ship anything and didn't order a label.
@TinLizziAntiques I agree, but at least it’s not impossible to get a refund on a label if it’s unused. It’s just a pain of a wait.
Do you have an 'in progress' section on your orders page? (I can't remember if that is default or if I added mine).
Check your completed orders to see if it's there and perhaps it will show it it's been cancelled.

Hi this happened to me recently like not long ago today after receiving my first order. Any tips to find it or so?
It might have been a scam order that Etsy removed. Your shop shows no orders. Scammers target new shops, so be careful.
