Is anyone else having issues on Etsy where the item details (what the customer actually ordered) aren't showing up on the Orders page? I used to be able to see this at a glance, but now I have to click into each individual listing just to find out what was purchased. It's really frustrating and time-consuming. Anyone know a fix or workaround?
The first thing I do is print the packing slip. That contains all the details.
My orders page is the same as ever. Big picture of what was purchased. Thankfully.
Same as it ever was, and hoping it doesn't change. I really don't want to have to click anything just to see what was in an order.
I've noticed the app doesn't show what shipping profile was attached, ie what they paid. I have to scroll right down to 'buyer receipt'. I go out of my way not to use the app, I even adopted my Dad's out-dated PC and put in the 'shipping room' so I can avoid the app even more...
I am new to Etsy and have no experience but I have just listed a few items in the last two days and two of the items appeared sold but no details in orders; only sold out. Then I got a suspicious email to confirm the sale and once I confirmed I landed on another page where I was asked to give my account details ... spam Once I rejected that my items became available again and not sold out! I have no clue where to find more answers of how a real sale looks like
@Nimbinbijou your orders will always come up on your 'orders' page, which is either along the bottom in the app, or the left side bar on a browser. If there's no left side bar, click the 3 lines on the top left corner and it'll bounce out.

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
Got the same problem, i cant see a picture and the item name is not shown on the page where all orders are listed. hate it!
I just tryed other browser, it works like before! i use chrome normaly, on Safari its oke!
You are so right 'New shops are heavily targeted by scammers' out of 7 listings 3 have had attempts of scam (appeared sold in a mater of minutes from publishing) but as previously mentioned nothing in the orders to be legit, only emails stating that the item has sold and having some requests. After blocking and reporting the spam, instantaneously my items returned to be available.
