@LaAntoniaStudio - Since you as the buyer, had an order automatically cancelled, for unknown reason, contact Etsy through the Buyer side of the Help Center.
At the start of this year many shops reporting orders being cancelled for fraud - after they were approved by Etsy's Payment Processor.
The funds were being taken from the shop's account. Some of these were digital & the files already downloaded or the physical items had already been shipped.
In a couple of the threads a few shop owners reported that they had personal purchases cancelled during the check out process or after the sale approved.
I can't remember if any had problems getting to their shops after that, but it would not surprise me if another glitch occurred.
Hopefully Etsy gets back to both you & @ruthkim soon.
Be careful, they might block you from your account next. I suddenly had the same issue this weekend for no reason. I've never had etsy cancel an order I placed before either and I've been buying since 2009 with no issue.
Contact etsy and go from there. The staff doesn't respond to issues on the forums.

This weekend I placed an order and etsy cancelled it. I was told by etsy to reset my password and try again (Yes, it was them) and I placed the same order again, just like they recommended. I was then blocked from accessing my account for "safety" reasons. My shop is still active, but I can't do anything with it until they contact me.
All I can say is be careful.

Thank you for the additional information. A lot of glitches seem to be hurting innocent shops and accounts.
After several emails, I am finally able to get back into my account.
