Orange dot, but I can't leave a review

An orange dot (for reviews) appeared a couple of weeks ago near my profile pic.

So when I click on it to leave the review, a box pops up saying leave a review for "these sellers."  There's nothing in the box for me to click on to leave the review and there are no sellers listed.  The box is empty.  I've tried looking at the digital receipt to see if there's a link there, but there's nothing ... 

How am I supposed to complete the review process if there's no actual way to do that?  Up until this one, I've never had an issue.

Did you look under Purchases & Reviews?

@MyDaydreamingHeart - Possibly you are trying to do this on an App? There are many reported glitches when people try to use the apps.

I use a laptop & go to Etsy's homepage. Sign in, go to my Avatar photo & the tiny gray arrow shows the menu. The option to see "purchases & reviews" is always there, but when you do have purchases awaiting a review, there will be a separate link for just "reviews.

The option to see "purchases and reviews" for me is only labeled as "purchases," which provide no links for reviews

The next option down from that is "review your purchases" which is the link I outlined above.  When I click on it, I get a pop-up box that says "Leave a review to help these sellers grow their business," but that box is empty of sellers to review.  I know I have at least one review to leave, as I recently purchased something for Father's day.

Can't help my fellow sellers if the mechanism to do so doesn't work ... Etsy, are you out there and are you listening?!

@MyDaydreamingHeart Etsy support is not here in Forums and does not handle inquiries in forum posts. You're talking only to other sellers. You need to contact Etsy directly if you want help from them: Dashboard, Community & Help, Contact Us.

Have you tried using a different browser and/or clearing your cache?

Lol, I know they're not around ... that was sort of the point of that last comment.  They make changes and what they view as improvements, but tend not to have all the bugs worked out before rolling out

I believe Etsy is very well aware of the forum content and some even start threads that they do not participate in.

They are around ... they just do not engage.

I hope they can get the orange dot/ review situation sorted.

I have the same issue - Orange dot - but  no reviews to leave.   It sends me  to purchases and revues... Nothing there.
