Orange Buyer Etsy App

For a few days now I cannot access my shopping cart to view my items and purchase any items.

I uninstalled/reinstalled and all it does when I click the shopping cart page is loads and then says "Whoops, something went wrong. Try again." 

I can access everything else in the app except for the cart. I reload and try again and again. 

This is the orange buyer app for android phone. I can access my cart on website desktop but not on the app.

I've never used the app, but I thought the orange was was discontinued.

They replaced the orange  aeller's app with the new seller's app.  They did not replace the buyer's app.

Guys, are you too experiencing this annoying thing as to see your shop not organised as intended on the orange app? If that is what the buyers see, I am not surprised my sales dropped. It looks horrible! Can anyone help me out? The Etsy help centre is not working for some reason, I asked a question and the customer service rep left the last chat unclosed so I cannot communicate with them... Thanks!
