!!! Listing is broken, variations (inventory) are gone / Gateway error during edit

We have an huge issue with one of our listings:

• It is still visible for our customers in the shop
• The variations are gone
• If I try to edit the listing vie the website I get an error page
• If I try to edit the listing via the API I either get an gateway error or an server error
• Within the shop the item is shown with 1.80EUR but when you add it to the card is costs 2.50EUR!!

It seems that there is something broken (in the DB) at the inventory. The gateway error is thrown by the url:

@FuenfvorZehn: The URL you posted in usable only by you.  Even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

If you think that this is an API issue, you will probably have better luck using https://developer.etsy.com/documentation/get-help

LOL, that is funny, because the Etsy Support Member told me to add a posting here.. For sure it is an Etsy internal issue in the DB. They told me, that they will investigate the issue. But could not give me any incident number or reference I can refer to... so I guess I will never hear anything from them. Then the only option will be to delete the listing and create a new one. But this also removes all the likes, references etc which is a pitty. We will see...
