Operating the Etsy Community discussion threads

Am I missing something?

When I come to Etsy Community and read the discussions, I am given 10. At the bottom the black button gives me the option to "Load More".

I will then load more. I'll choose a discussion, click on, to read. However, if it's past the initial 10 and I click out to return to discussion thread, it will throw me back to the initial 10.

Is there anyway to get around this? It's very, very frustrating.

Are you doing this on a laptop / desktop or on a mobile device?

Re: Operating the Etsy Community discussion threads

That sounds like some kind of browser/cookie issue, where your previous page isn't being saved. When I "load more," they stay loaded for as long as the browser is open, and I can load as many as I want. It doesn't default back to 10 after I read a thread. Maybe check your browser settings to see if there is a setting causing that to happen?

Re: Operating the Etsy Community discussion threads

It has always done that for me.  I can load as many groups of 10 as I want as long as I stay on the table of contents, but as soon as I open one, no matter where on the list it is, when I close that thread to return to the table of contents, it will go back to the top.  The 10 it then shows are not necessarily the first 10 it displayed.  It is the same as hitting the Refresh button.  I have never known it to operate any other way, and I've been here for years.
