I’m experiencing something I’ve never seen before. I sell only digital items, and every so often I’ll get an order stuck in the “open” category because the payment is still processing. However, a week ago, an order showed up in my “open orders” box, and it doesn’t indicate any reason why. It says the order was paid with a credit card. When I click on the listings included in the order, they both indicate digital. At the top, I have all the choices to mark order as complete or to add tracking info, as if it were not digital. Is this a glitch? I don’t know if I should leave it or do something about it.
Seems like there are 2 options: 1) contact the buyer and see if they've received the download or 2) cancel and refund.

Thanks. I’ve messaged the buyer, but not sure if the message will reach them as it is directed to “sign in with Apple user.” If I get no reply, I may just have to cancel the order to clear it off my orders page, because it’s getting annoying to continually have an open order.
