Open a new account

My account was suspended. I want to open a new seller account. I opened my account on another PC and wifi, but I also logged in from the computer I wanted to reopen. Do you think this is the problem? Is it possible?

No. You will not be able to open any new shops after Etsy has shut you down for selling counterfeit products

Your shop was shut down for good, most likely due to illegal content you were selling (see your last post). Etsy doesn't give second chances for that. But go ahead and keep paying the $15 to open new shops, because each one will be shut down.

No it isnt possible , you can no longer open a sellers account on Etsy

if you have been shut down, and so it appears, you can never have another shop here.

and any other shop you have is also likely to be shut down, too.

Since I assume you will be using the same name and information for your banking information, Etsy will take notice of that and may suspend the new shop. Let us know how it goes.

Because your shop was full of counterfeit and or illegal goods, Etsy closed you down. When they close a shop for this reason they don't allow you to open other shops.

Nothing more you can do i'm afraid, it's time to move on.

It appears your account was not suspended, but removed permanently.  Permanent removal is generally exactly what is sounds like, a permanent closure.  You cannot reinstate the account, neither can you open a new account.  Etsy will ban your IP address and any other accounts related to it, even other accounts that have been accessed from your IP address will be scrutinised and/or removed.

It appears that Etsy is getting serious about counterfeit items and those that use other people's Intellectual Property.

Etsy doesn't want to do business with infringers, there are whole hosts of people who try, but etsy has really good systems to route out infringers who try to re-open, they stop their illegal activities here - for good.
