I combined multiple orders into one box and shipped it to my customer using an Etsy label generated from one of the orders. I then used that tracking # and entered it for the remaining orders.
Today I see that my shipping score for star seller went down. looked at the report and shows no tracking #s for the orders I manually entered, but I can see the # on my dashboard. Anyone else have this issue and what to do when it happens again?
@JanetAlsupPaintings: We often combine multiple orders into a single shipment and have never had an issue, but we do not use Etsy labels. Perhaps they give you the benefit of the doubt on the order you printed the label for and the rest will not update until the package has been actually scanned? We see that quite often in the CSV file and on orders. In particular, make sure that the CSV file shows *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes for each of the orders. If it does not correct within a day or two of the initial package scan you might want to reach out to Etsy.

After 48 hours, the data has corrected itself. Now I know to just be patient!
Thanks for the comment
Check to see if the tracking numbers were entered correctly. You have 3 days to alter. It is easy to transpose or leave out numbers.
I agree with JDTotesnDolls...it's easy to transpose numbers. I've combined multiple orders to the same customer using one Tracking number, and there have never been issues.
