On time tracking & shipping calculation - Star Seller

I have lost my star seller badge due to 'one order missing processing time', I have checked my order history, and all have processing times and all were shipped on time.  Is this due to a bug/am I missing something? If you please resolve and/or advise.

Are you adding tracking numbers for your shipments?

That has nothing to do with a missing processing time.  That "missing processing time" is an Etsy glitch as we CANNOT PUBLISH A LISTING WITHOUT IT.

How it goes missing is something Etsy needs to figure out.  When SSB first started, I was the victim of 5 Missing Processing times in one of my other shops.  

Since we can't publish a listing without it, those missing processing times are not our fault.

Yes it's a bug.

As listings can't be published without a processing time, the fact it's missing is a backend bug that etsy hasn't fixed yet.

I reported mine through chat then they escalated it onto Etsy
