On time shipping and tracking glitch affecting my star seller rating.

I'm requesting that my star seller dashboard be double checked.  My rating dropped to 80% but the item was shipped on time with correct tracking number.  I need help from the technical team.  Please help.  Thank you!

@VintageDecorAndCo: Are you basing this on the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page? If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Has the package been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

 

When you look at the CSV file make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.

 

"I'm requesting that my star seller dashboard be double checked."  Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
